Night Market in the Garden Recap

It was great to be back at the Toledo Night Market in the Garden this past weekend. Although the weather got a little crazy on Saturday, all in all it was a good time.
The Toledo Botanical Garden this time of year is full of blooms and provided the perfect backdrop for this spring event.

This year, the Terra Cotta tent featured our signature air plants and holders, a selection of apparel and accessories, and, for the first time, our air plant wreaths and framed arrangements.

The wind was a bit gusty, but all of the displays held up beautifully. Even with the thunderstorm that rolled through, people were able to duck into the tent and browse while waiting for the rain to pass. Plus, the dark grey skies only made the plant chandelier more sparkly!

By far, the star of the show was the Meadow Marble dispenser. Maybe it was the nostalgia of a coin-operated dispenser, or maybe it was the fun seeds that got people excited. Either way, it was the most complimented part of the setup.

If you missed it, don't worry. You can catch TCPB next at the Outdoor Sylvania Summer Market on Tuesday, May 26th. Visit the events page for more information. If you love the living wreaths and frames, consider signing up for a workshop to make your own work of art!
Thank you to everyone who came out and braved the wind and rain to support the Night Market in the Garden this year. Hope to see you again soon!
Stay botanically inspired,
Brooklyn
