We're now on Substack!

I'm so excited about the new changes happening at Terra Cotta Plant Boutique. 

The newsletter is a project I have been working at for quite some time now. It's taken me a while to get it going, but now that I have officially moved over to Substack from Mailchimp, things are coming together quite nicely. 

Sometimes it takes a while to find your voice. For me, the newsletters I put out in the past months weren't leaving me feeling like I was delivering the monthly newsletter I wanted to give my subscribers. 

Sure, they got better every month. But I wanted to do more than just send recaps of the previous month. I wanted to feel like I was offering helpful information; fun content that my community could really look forward to reading. 

Moving to Substack was a huge improvement for the newsletter. I personally didn't like using Mailchimp, which made writing the newsletters feel like a chore. Now that I've found a platform that I enjoy, my energy matches the type of content I want to create. 

What you can expect from the NEW monthly mailing is a digital magazine style publication that will still feature new products and small business spotlights, but will also include articles and videos on seasonal recipes, DIY ideas, and style inspiration. 

I've long considered Terra Cotta Plant Boutique to be a lifestyle brand. Bringing in these new conversations and creative topics feels totally aligned with that vision.
