Refund policy
Terra Cotta Plant Boutique offers simple, no-fuss returns and exchanges and a "Happy Plant Guarantee" within 14 business days of delivery date for retail orders.
All festival and pop-up market sales are included only with a receipt. All sales are final and are excluded from the "Happy Plant Guarantee" and return/exchange policy without a receipt. Returns will be processed through the mail.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply visit the “RETURNS/EXCHANGES” link on the bottom menu of our website.

For refunds, please allow 3-5 business days to process.
Please note: Our policy does not cover courier delays. Any order that becomes lost in transit will be refunded minus cost of shipping.
