Shipping policy

We currently ship within the continental U.S. All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We strive to ensure that all products will arrive in proper condition. Please note the following:

• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 10 minutes of order placement.
  
  
• Live plants are covered with a 14 day "Happy Plant" replacement guarantee.
  
  
• 72-hour heat packs ship with all live plants from October-April, weather depending.
  
  

Please note: Our policy does not cover courier delays. Any order that becomes lost in transit will be refunded minus cost of shipping.

USPS Priority Shipping

We offer priority shipping through USPS. Shipping cost is calculated via USPS shipping calculator. Delivery is typically 2-3 days.
